Lemon and lemongrass, pear tart, also sweet savouriness with a hint of vanilla, concentrated aroma. Creamy on the palate with a fine lactic, yellow-fruity flavour, plus a mineral phenolic bite that delivers a beautiful length, the citrus fruit closes the aromatic circle.
