The nose captivates with aromas of boiled quince, saffron, sea buckthorn, ripe peach and yellow flowers. Accompanied by delicate vanilla notes and iodine. Slightly stony smokiness with a hint of oyster shell. Juicy, tense on the palate with lots of ripe yellow fruit and hearty spice. A noticeable minerality dresses the palate together with a fundamental acidity.
