Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Stony and savoury on the nose, with tarragon, pomelo, white grapefruit and wet stone. Pronounced fruit on the palate with Granny Smith apple, orange, nectarine, peach and apple to the fore, allied to a distinctive tartness. It combines acidity and juiciness well in an emphatically dry and demanding style that gives the minerality a stage.
