The white wine Weinviertel DAC Reipersberg, vintage 2006 from the winery Weingut Weineck has been rated in 2007 with Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner from the region Weinviertel in Austria.
Pale greenish yellow. Quite intense elderflowers on the nose, also gooseberries, clearly in the Sauvignon direction. Freshly structured on the palate, slender body, delicate apple fruit, somewhat dry in the finish, good wine, but less Veltliner character.
