Strong yeasty element, backed by notes of ripe yellow fruit, plus Asian spice and citrus. The palate displays aggressive acidity and a powerful structure, a little primary fruit, brioche notes, and plenty of saltiness and spicy vegetal hints. No innocuous flatterer it is a sparkling wine from a single source with plenty of drive.
