It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay
Canola yellow in colour. On the nose honey and white flowers, some yeast, also hay and dried mango. The palate impression is fresh and compact, the dynamic mousse is accompanied by a juicy acidic nerve and a hint of sweetness, savoury in the long finish.
