Tasting Notes
This orange wine is multi-layered, with balance and fine phenolics, savouriness, deep, animating. Juicy on the palate, but less on the full-bodied fruity side. Rather nuanced with fine tartness, grip and subtle fruit as well as fine minerality.
More about the tastingRefined aroma: hints of the vin nature genre (apple, balsamic notes) are combined with subtle wood savouriness and ripe varietal fruit. The palate also combines the best of both worlds: Suppleness and a delicate layer of phenolics. Brilliant!
