A traditional Riesling aroma with a hint of large wooden barrel and a first hint of ripe savouriness. In the mouth, the wine combines freshness, nerve and grippy phenolics with supple motifs. It finishes with trenchant acidity and minerality and has a long, savoury aftertaste. To the Coq au Riesling!
