Still closed on the nose in keeping with its age, hints of pear and roasted sesame. Well-bundled on the palate, a firm acidity enlivens the quite robust body. Quite dry on the palate, with a full-bodied, polished finish. Now as a refreshing aperitif, in two years with poultry.
