The white wine »Unter den Bäumen« Sylvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Rinck has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Mash-fermented Silvaner, medium golden yellow, intense aroma of ripe apricot, dried fruit, yellow flowers, tobacco and malt. Firmly built on the palate with noticeable phenolics and tannins. Good fruit, emphatically dry, slightly salty and tart finish. Character all of its own.
