Tasting Notes
Reductive and somewhat yeasty notes on the nose, violet, blueberry, cherry and pencil. Initially juicy on the palate, where tension and creaminess build up with plenty of extract and ripe tannins. Intense and mineral, showing the uniqueness of the site. Very youthful.
More about the tastingSmoky and reductive on the nose with underlying notes of cranberry, as well as a touch of oak. Succulent mouthfeel, pure clear berry nuances, abundant fine-grained tannins followed by a creamy mouthfeel, but by no means overpowering, (even the alcohol remains moderate), yet full-bodied and persistent. The wine possesses an intense mineral foundation and has the potential to mature elegantly.
