The sweet and dessert wine Kiedricher Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese, vintage 1993 from the winery Weingut Robert Weil has been rated in 2011 with 100 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Rich golden yellow with a hint of amber. Already a strongly pronounced honey note on the nose, which at the moment overpowers almost all other components (rich stone fruit, some tea). Overall, something like the quintessence of this vintage: a sumptuous, dense concentration, almost an excess of sweetness and extracts, exotic fruit fullness, the wine literally sticks to the tongue, lingering long on the palate.
