Noticeably riper on the nose. Fresh mushroom, dried herbs, nutmeg, cashew. Ripe yellow apple, preserved quince, rose hip tea and chamomile. Soft and full-bodied on the palate. Well-integrated, noticeable acidity. Spicy phenolics and minerality add tension and body. Food companion.
