The red wine Grande Cuvée, vintage 2006 from the winery Weingut Salzl – Seewinkelhof has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Strong ruby, good depth, purple reflections, broad ochre rim brightening. Ripe plum, a hint of dried fig, vanilla and dill, dark caramel, Rioja like nose. Juicy, round and sweet, elegant texture, ripe, integrated tannins, chocolaty, opulent style, lingers, already fully mature.
