The red wine Zweigelt Reserve, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Salzl – Seewinkelhof has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Zweigelt from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Deep ruby garnet colour, opaque core, purple reflections, very delicate brightening on the rim. Fine wood savouriness, vanilla touch, dark berries, some cloves. Powerful, taut, blackberry confit, supporting tannins, mineral and salty, a full-bodied food wine, still very youthful.
