Golden yellow colour. Aromas of baked apple, aniseed, medlar, a finely matured spiciness with just a hint of botrytis. In the mouth, the wine has a lively acidity, good substance and a rather measured sweetness, length and homogeneity are good, the wine finishes full-bodied and light-hearted, quite un-kitschy.
