Naturally cloudy in the glass. On the nose, floral yeast, cider, apple skin, fresh caraway, bay leaf, herbal, dried apricot. Lean and taut on the palate, low in alcohol, firm, tightly woven phenolics, soft background and also serenity, salted lemon, tart apple, pear, linear energy.
