Already showing first signs of ripeness and reminiscent of sage and wild herbs. The fruit appears crumbly, with a hint of Boskoop apple and pear chips. Creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel with delicate bitter nuances and a vital acidity. Lasting food companion.
