Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green colour. Somewhat restrained, fine minerality, inviting yellow fruit, delicate savouriness, a hint of mandarin orange. Complex, tightly meshed, fine lemony nuances, powerful and elegant, refined acidity, lemony hints, salty mineral notes, lingers very well, a racy style, with enormous future potential. It will certainly benefit from further bottle ageing.
