Disgorged March 2022. Medium golden yellow, silver-coloured reflections, delicate, persistent mousse. Delicately smoky, tobacco-like autolysis spice, some light nougat, yellow tropical fruit, some blossom honey. Taut, tight-knit, freshly structured, very complex and persistent, delicate finish, very good length, great food wine, has ageing potential.
More about the tastingIntense golden yellow colour, brass touch, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Fine ripe yellow tropical fruits, fine herbs, some caramel, a subtle nutty touch, ripe bouquet.
