Fragrance of red cherries, wild raspberries and plums with smoky notes, wood spice, toasty aromas, some underbrush and balsamic savouriness. Shows so far only a hint of its promise; much substance, spice and minerality on the palate. Rich in character, yet through the vivid acidity also with the necessary freshness. Sensitively extracted tannin, good ageing potential.
