Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of yellow tropical fruit are underpinned with a fine herbal savouriness, nuances of mango and pineapple and a hint of blossom honey. The palate shows good complexity, with fine apple fruit, a mineral-salty touch, fine acidity and discreet fruit expression on the aftertaste. Long lasting and with definite ageing potential.
