Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Fruity and spicy nose with ripe passion fruit, mango, kiwi, redcurrant, pineapple and lime zest. In the mouth, an interplay unfolds between the lively acidity and the fruity sweetness, almost reminiscent of Riesling. Slenderly built and always on the move. An agile type that doesn't need to be too complicated to be enjoyable.
