Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.12.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Expressive, cereal-spicy aroma, delicately fleshy, sweet blueberries, rosehip, a touch of vanilla is added with air. Slender and red-fruity on the palate, creamy structure, but with mouth-watering acidity, which gives a great drinking flow. Unpretentious, yet of high quality craftsmanship.
