Tasting from 31.12.2019: Peter Moser

A classic orange wine of real dimension. Biodynamically grown grapes on Opok (clay and silt) soils are fermented then aged for two years in used wooden barrels. There are herbal-spicy cassis nuances and an almost red berry impression. This is precise and mineral, with finesse and clear varietal expression, multilayered and lively.
