Dark, almost opaque ruby colour, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Black forest berry confit, a hint of plums, candied orange zest, inviting bouquet. Medium complexity, red berry nuances, fresh structure, lemony and salty, good persistence, versatile.

Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine nougat touch, some herbs, dark forest berry confit, some cassis. Juicy, firm, balanced tannin structure, red berry fruit on the finish, salty aftertaste, good food companion.
