Tasting Notes
Deep ruby, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Delicate herbal savoury notes underpinned by black cherry fruit, hints of cassis and red wild berry jam, a little nougat, and fine orange zest. Good complexity, juicy, elegant, well-integrated tannins, soft sweet notions of blackberries, with elegant savoury wood reverberations, persistent. A unique supper accompaniment with great potential for development.
