Bright medium golden yellow with silver highlights. Delicate notes of orange zest, a hint of vanilla, yellow tropical fruit, with a mineral undertone. Complex, juicy, elegant texture, nuances of papaya and passion fruit, a delicate hint of caramel on the finish, a touch of nougat in the aftertaste; already approachable, will gain even more body with bottle aging.
