Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe fruit on the nose, dark berries, forest honey, some wood, peppery undertones. The palate has a good density, fine-grained, grippy, slightly clinging tannin, a rather mild acidity and a nuanced, initially ripe and spicy finish. A lot of wine for the money.
