Tasting from 24.04.2026: Ulrich Sautter

A very floral aroma pours from the glass: the initial onslaught of lavender and rose aromas is followed by apricot and yellow-fleshed peach fruit. In the mouth, the wine proves to be well balanced, the acidity remains integrated, the sweetness is subtle and the carbonic acid provides freshness without being effervescent or aggressive. An aromatic aperitif.
