Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate yellow apple fruit on the nose, with a hint of pears, orange zest and meadow herbs. Fine tobacco nuances also emerge with time and air. Complex on the palate with juicy fruit core and a subtle extract sweetness supported by fine acidity. There's a salty aspect to the finish which already shows very good length and harmonious flow. It's already gluggable, but with definite ageing potential.
