Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicately herbal-spicy notes on the nose are underlaid by yellow tropical fruit, some grapefruit and mango, and fine blossom honey. Full-bodied and complex on the palate with a subtle sweetness, fine acidity, and a mineral-salty finish. Already gluggable, but has ageing potential.
