Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. The inviting bouquet is delicately smoky, with aromas of yellow tropical fruit underpinned with fine blossom honey and a hint of orange zest. The palate shows good complexity and juiciness, with fine acid structure, a deep minerality, white peach notes and some lychee on the finish. Definite ageing potential, this still needs time.
