The white wine »Pure Grapes SY« Randersacker Marsberg Silvaner Erste Lage trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Störrlein Krenig has been rated in 2019 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
An already overt spiciness on the nose with anise, buttery notes, kumquat, Penja pepper and smoky. On the palate there is a short supple approach followed by mellow, mealy tannins reveal ripe fruit, ripe acidity and savouriness with mineral accompaniment.
