Tasting from 11.11.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The wine is quite closed on the nose, although it does show the first signs of age with floral notes and an aroma of hazelnut, but it remains discreetly reserved. On the palate, the wine has a certain breadth, a core of firm acidity, with contrasting texture components and juicy drive, a pinch of carbon dioxide reinforces the impression of youthfulness.
