Medium yellow-green. Delicately smoky, nuances of fresh orange zest, yellow apple fruit, some honeydew melon. Juicy, yellow fruit again, delicate vegetal spice, slightly sweet fruit on the finish, mineral touch, lemony nuances, a versatile food companion.
