Light greenish yellow in colour. Delicate herbal savouriness on the nose, as well as hints of apple, nuances of honeydew melon and a mineral touch. The palate majors on white fruit with a taut texture and racy acidity that leads to a mineral-salty finish. Quite brilliant, it lingers well and will benefit from bottle age.
