Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate savoury herbs, ripe yellow apple, fresh orange zest, and a hint of papaya. Juicy and elegant, it has fine freshness and subtle pineapple and pear on the finish. It seems light-footed and harmonious on the finish, is already accessible, and will benefit from bottle ageing.
