Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine spice, nuances of white fruit, a touch of white currant, herbal savouriness, grapefruit. On the palate superficially austere and salty, carried by a charming freshness but not lacking depth. Fine fruit nuances in the echo with good length. A very versatile food companion, has certain ageing potential.
