Mineral, clear, yet also deep. Citrus notes, a hint of light peach, a notion of delicate blossoms followed by stone and some herbaceous scents. Clear on the palate, then delicately concentrated sweet citrus fruit, stony minerality and fresh juiciness. Becomes increasingly salty and finely juicy towards the finish.
