Classic golden yellow in colour and full-bodied in aroma. Aromas of lemon balm, yellow apple, green pear and fine slate savouriness. Wonderfully juicy and fruity on the palate, with fine citrus fruit. Light phenolic notes accompany the rounded drinking pleasure.
