Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections and a very fine, persistent mousse. Herbal-spicy with dark minerality, fine yellow tropical fruit, mango, peach and delicate nutty touches: multi-layered aromas. Medium complexity palate with white apple, fresh acidity and salty-lemony finish. Good food companion and has further ageing potential. (Disgorged 07/21).
