Bright medium amber with brass highlights. Subtle notes of Cointreau, ripe apricots, a hint of nuttiness, candied orange zest, kumquats, and complex spice. Very powerful, firm, a hint of nougat, pronounced woody spice, integrated sweetness, mineral and salty notes, dark nougat-caramel on the finish, lingering, definite aging potential, a characterful, classic style.
