Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. Ripe yellow peach, honeydew melon, a hint of yellow greengage, dark minerality. Juicy, ripe yellow tropical fruit, a lively acidity, tightly integrated, excellent aging potential, lingers beautifully on the palate; the subtle residual sugar is almost entirely balanced by the acidity and should be given time to develop in the bottle.
