Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

An exciting bouquet of ripe yellow apple, pear skin, jasmine and lemon zest. An attractive herbal note follows on the palate. A good and lively acidity carries the fruit very well and leads into a very good finish. A wine that gives pleasure.
