Tasting Notes
Ethereal tones with sweet cherry, cherry pit, and marzipan. The palate has the most delicate extraction and there is the perception of juiciness and not tannin, medium-high density, and fine acidity. it is very finely woven, intensely tactile, and mineral. A delicate Pinot with enormous mineral tension.
