Very pale golden yellow in colour. Apple, smoky nuances and some subtle yeast savouriness on the nose, with citrus and fruit tree blossom in the background. It's fresh on the palate with a very fine mousse, and an echo of apple and smoky yeast notes. Finishes juicy and with suitable length.
