Complex on the nose, with notes of sour cherry compote, red currants and raspberries, underpinned by a subtle, warm, toasted spiciness and cool herbal nuances. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with supporting acidity, perfectly integrated, chalky tannins and a mineral gracefulness on the long finish.
