The sekt Mousseux Blanc de Pinots Regensberg brut, vintage 2017 from the winery Weidmann Wein has been rated in 2020 by Benjamin Herzog with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Zurich Unterland in Switzerland.
This is distinctly smoky on the nose, with pronounced flinty notes, plus aromas of citrus and tonic, and some subtle honey. It is medium-bodied on the palate, again with a stony character, a fine mousse, and impressions of a salty minerality on the long finish.
