Rich golden colour. Yeasty flavour, notes of spontaneous fermentation. Notes of polenta, pineapple. Powerful and slightly viscous on the palate, ripe acidity, holds together despite its massive structure, appears to be from a single mould, a fine varietal type with soluble characteristics.
